Jeopardy Theme Song

Alot of us, I'm sure, have been hearing this tune in our head lately.
Even my dentist was humming this yesterday afternoon! She says she'll quit asking if we have a referral, yet. Her assistant on the other hand, said she won't! They said after we get our referral, they expect me to run in and let them know. (no appointment needed!) Thanks!
When we get our kiddos, she wants me to bring them in and let them roam. The toychest at the dentist is going to be one of their favorite things. So SHE says!! We'll see!
No news lately of referrals with our agency. Whadda ya think? Anyone ready??

I'll be praying your referral comes soon. It does seem to have become rather quite lately. They seem to come in bursts though, perhaps a storm is brewing and we will get a whole bunch at once. We can all hope.

I can totally understand your readiness for a referral. We're not even done with the paperchase and we've been ready FOREVER. :)

And, it was a poem-though when Jo said song, I thought "hm...could be either!".

I'll be keeping you guys in my thoughts and hoping that it's sooner rather than later.

And, Ft. Riley is indeed near you. We actually requested that station back in 2005, but they sent us here instead. I shouldn't complain, huh?!

The referrals do seem to come in waves...and I can feel the next wave coming! I just know it will be very soon!
We are using CHI too! Very neat!

OOOOOO I agree! Time for some more referrals! I know when we were waiting (err going crazy) these blogs kept me going on the difficult days.

And as for the picture.......I really didn't pay him a thing - I think its truly a sign of our excitement and the fact that he hadn't seen his family in 2 weeks. Okay okay so maybe I paid him a little. Or maybe we're just that crazy around here! :)

You are very sweet. Thanks so much for remembering us in prayer and for letting us know that you are praying. (and tell that dentist assistant to back off--as well intentioned as she is--it drove me batty when people would ask us if we'd gotten our referral yet, like we wouldn't be telling everyone we met).

I love the tatse of pop, but needed to stop drinking. now if you have tips for chocolate, I would love to hear... Otherwise I will just drop one bad habit at a time. LOl... Here's hoping you get some good news soon!

People are good at saying things when the actual "persons" are not there to do the damage eh??? Like grandparents looking forward to the new babes (until they come).

Don't get me wrong, everyone will love them for sure!!!!! Just funny how you put that! :) Lori

Hi! We are adopting from CHI Ethiopia, too; we received a referral for a beautiful baby girl last week and now we're waiting for the next group to come in so we can all get court dates together. I wonder if we'll be in the same group?!! List just sent an email, said it will be one more week. ... We have a blog, too -- it's : http://theyoungjourneys.blogspot.com/ We're from Montana but live in Senegal where I volunteer at an orphanage with 45 babies and try to distract myself from WAITING!! I will see if I can link my blog to yours, and I will look for more of your posts. Take care! Lindy
